During a new-home PDI, we help you examine the property carefully and create a practical record of items that appear damaged, incomplete, missing, or not operating as expected.
Why it matters
A new home can still have incomplete, damaged, missing, or non-operational items. A careful PDI review helps create a clearer record of the home’s condition before possession or occupancy.
A home inspection is a non-invasive visual assessment of accessible conditions at the time of inspection. It is not destructive testing, an appraisal, a warranty, or a guarantee of future performance. It does not replace engineering, environmental testing, code enforcement, or specialist trade evaluation. When deeper evaluation is appropriate, the report will identify the recommended next step.
