The confidence to move forward

Understand the property—not just the listing.

A home inspection should help you decide what deserves attention now, what can be monitored, and what may need specialist evaluation. Legacy Inspection keeps the process organized around visible condition, practical priorities, and the questions that matter to your next step.

Why Legacy Inspection

A calmer, clearer inspection experience.

The goal is not to make every defect sound catastrophic. It is to document what is visible, explain why it matters, and help you understand the appropriate next step.

01

Condition-first inspection

Accessible major systems and components are reviewed within the agreed inspection scope, with limitations explained rather than hidden.

02

Photo-supported reporting

Clear digital photo report with findings organized for practical follow-up.

03

Plain-language review

Significant observations are explained so you can separate immediate concerns, maintenance items, monitoring points, and specialist follow-up.

04

Questions are part of the service

Clients are encouraged to ask questions during the inspection or findings review so the report becomes a useful decision tool.

What a home inspection can help you understand

From the roof to the basement, the value is in the context.

A residential inspection is a non-invasive visual assessment of accessible conditions at the time of inspection. Depending on the property and agreed scope, that can include roofing, exterior walls, grading and drainage, structure and foundation, electrical systems, plumbing, heating and cooling, attic and insulation, visible moisture indicators, interior components, windows, doors, and installed equipment.

The report does not guarantee future performance or replace engineering, environmental testing, code enforcement, appraisal, or specialist trade evaluation. When an observation falls outside the inspection scope or needs deeper investigation, the useful next step is to identify that clearly.
